Sareini has been employed at Jorgensen Ford since 1995, where he has exceled in all aspects of vehicle sales. Some of Sareini’s sales accomplishments are listed below:

  • 2011 Achieved 1st place in Sales volume ranking in the Detroit Region (MI, IN & OH) and 3rd in the CountryFord Motor Company (Dearborn)
  • 2008 Achieved 8th place in Sales volume ranking in the Detroit Region (MI, IN & OH) and 23rd in the Country
  • 2000 Achieved regional single-month sales volume record, with 98 new sales in the month of March
  • 2000 Awarded Legend status in Legends Leaders Sales Program
  • 1997 Awarded “Big 300” for Top Five Sales Professionals in Metro Detroit

Sareini has strived to lead his fellow salesman, and was appointed as the sole representative of the state of Michigan in a national Ford Sales Advisory Panel that consisted of only 13 nationally renowned salesmen. Both Sareini’s effort and meticulous recommendations resulted in a direct policy change to Ford Credit, the company’s exclusive financing wing.

After the sale of Jorgensen Ford in 2004, and in the midst of the national economic downturn, Sareini was asked by the new ownership to take over as the location’s Sales Manager in hope to ease the transition under new management. Some of his duties and achievements included:
